Am Wasserturm

With the new buildings in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg, a high-quality ensemble was created, consisting of four new and three existing buildings.

The new seven-storey building planned by Cologne architects ValentynArchitekten fits sensitively in the closed Wilhelminian style district in the vicinity of the old water tower. Characteristic bricks in the facades and high-quality workmanship function here as connecting elements. Balconies, loggias and roof decks as well as selected interior designs define a consistently superior quality of life. Two large inner courtyards with a total of 3,600 sqm and an excellent rendezvous for visitors form the heart of the ensemble.
