Very close to the Bürgerpark is the residential building modified by Econcept at Gaillardstrasse 3. Together with the top floor, a total of 29 high-quality owner-occupied units were built in the period 2004 to 2006. In addition to the project development and planning, Econcept took responsibility as the client and carried out the construction as well as sales.
