Kollwitzstraße 77
The Kollwitzstrasse 77 project in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg includes a front building and a coach house with 20 residential units and four commercial spaces. Econcept reconditioned and modernised both in 1999. The historical paving in the inner courtyard was restored. Econcept acted here as the client and project developer and managed the planning as well as the construction and sales.
