The building at Kolmarer Strasse 2 includes six high-quality, very bright owner-occupied units, a commercial space and an underground car park. For this new building in Prenzlauer Berg (2001/2002) Econcept acted as the client and project developer. In addition, Econcept was responsible for planning, construction and sales.
