At Friedrichshain’s Lehmbruckstrasse 3 and 5 a total of 28 rental apartments and two commercial spaces were modernised in the period 2001/2002. The planning, project development, construction (reconditioning and modernisation of the old building) and sales were carried out by Econcept.
