MIOS
MIOS at the Ludwig Hoffmann Quarter offers a unique living experience, perfectly blending ecology, a connection to nature, and modern living. Nestled within the historic area between the Bucher Forest and the vibrant Berlin city culture, five harmoniously designed buildings have grown in the Ludwig Hoffmann Quarter, completed in April 2024. MIOS’ architecture impresses with its simple elegance and timeless design, inspired by its surroundings and defined by natural materials. Extensively greened roofs and a light-flooded building style create a cozy, nature-connected home.
Ecology – The Future Begins Today MIOS sets new standards in ecological construction and already meets tomorrow’s climate goals today. The heating and hot water supply are provided by an environmentally friendly district heating network with a high biogas content, resulting in an impressively low primary energy factor. The monolithic construction, made of natural building materials and without additional insulation layers, not only allows for high energy efficiency but also ensures a healthy indoor climate – perfect for eco-friendly and cost-effective living.
Nature-Connected Living in an Exclusive Location
With spacious, light-filled apartments, MIOS offers a harmonious blend of comfort, style, and functionality. Its quiet, green location in northeastern Berlin guarantees relaxation and tranquility, while the excellent connectivity to the city keeps all the amenities of urban life within easy reach. Families and couples will not only find cozy living spaces here but also ideal conditions for education, social projects, and leisure activities.
A Place for Quality Living
MIOS is more than just a construction project – it embodies a way of life. With thoughtfully designed communal spaces and state-of-the-art amenities, MIOS creates a space where living and lifestyle seamlessly intertwine. Its unique atmosphere combines modern architecture with sustainable concepts, resulting in a home that harmonizes with nature while also being forward-thinking.
MIOS is a joint project by econcept and EQVIVA.
