MIOS
Living sustainably, authentically and close to the outdoors – MIOS is making it a reality at the Ludwig Hofmann Quartier neighbourhood between the Bucher Forst national forest and metropolitan Berlin. Inspired by the heritage site where MIOS is under construction, five houses are coming into being whose quest for equilibrium has resulted in timeless architecture. Natural materials and extensively greened roofs interact in perfect harmony inside the bright structural form. The approach will deliver cosy homes characterised by a green footprint and a stark beauty.
The ground-breaking ceremony for the green freehold apartments at MIOS took place on 19 April 2022.
