The heating and hot water supply are provided by an environmentally friendly district heating network with a high biogas content, resulting in an impressively low primary energy factor. The monolithic construction, made of natural building materials and without additional insulation layers, not only allows for high energy efficiency but also ensures a healthy indoor climate – perfect for eco-friendly and cost-effective living.
