The old and new Berlin meet at the Postbahnhof am Ostbahnhof. On the one hand, traditional industrial architecture of the finest kind with bricks, steel girders, old railway platforms. With buildings named Incoming Packing Room, Outgoing Packing Room or Mailbag. On the other hand, numerous international e-commerce and tech companies with highly modern, innovative office designs.

Econcept’s task as asset manager was to develop the listed building carefully and create a new design that was fit for the future. Since 2020, a district has been created here with feelgood character – including a charming renovation of the existing stock, new and innovative office buildings and extraordinary open spaces.
