Econcept carried out high-quality reconditioning and modernisation of this building in Prenzlauer Berg along with a top floor extension in 1998/1999. A total of 32 high-quality owner-occupied apartments and two commercial spaces were created. Econcept’s services included client, project development, planning, construction and sales.
