Econcept reconditioned and modernised this corner building in Prenzlauer Berg from 2000 to 2002. In addition, the top floor was expanded. As a result, 28 high-quality owner-occupied units and three commercial spaces were created. Econcept acted as the client and project developer and took responsibility for planning, construction and sales.
