Winsstrasse is located between Kollwitz-Kiez and Volkspark Friedrichshain and thus combines its location advantages such as options for going out and relaxation. From 2004 to 2006, Econcept modernised number 67 and expanded the top floor. This resulted in 31 high-quality owner-occupied dwellings and two commercial spaces. In addition to project development and planning, Econcept took responsibility as the client and carried out the construction as well as sales.
