October 2025 — Great news: Our project Am Postbahnhof 15 has been honored as an outstanding development that consistently combines high architectural standards with ecological and economic responsibility. At Expo Real 2025 in Munich, the building ensemble officially received the DGNB Platinum Certificate — the highest level in the German Sustainable Building Council’s rating system.

June 2024 — With the completion of the MIOS residential quarter, a project in Berlin‑Buch has reached its final stage that precisely reflects our understanding of contemporary and responsible urban development.
November 2022 – Together with more than 100 guests we celebrated the topping-out ceremony of our project MIOS in Berlin-Buch on 25.11.2022. And that after only approximately 7 months of construction time!
October 2022. Fall has arrived in the Ludwig Hoffmann Quarter! The yellow-orange leaves compete with the yellow packaging of the Yton bricks from Xella Deutschland GmbH used on the MIOS-construction site.
All the bricks were delivered on time for the construction of the structural shell. Now it is time for the final push for the completion of the structural work!

6 January 2021. And here we go! Right at the start of the year, we received the building permit for the new Am Postbahnhof construction project.
November 2021. Am Postbahnhof is heated using city heat generated nearby – as such, the heat actually comes from the Mitte thermal power station directly across the river Spree. The heating supply is complemented by a completely new type of cooling programme, which the energy provider Vattenfall has only recently developed: a high-temperature heat pump produces the cold required locally and does not discharge the resulting waste heat into the environment as conventional systems so, but feeds it into the city heating system instead.
