04.07.2024 – The Berlin Rainwater Agency has announced the winners of the competition “Regenial! Your visionary sponge project for our sponge capital”. From a total of 49 submitted projects, the innovative concept of the Am Postbahnhof 15 project was selected as one of the ten best entries.
February 2024 – Housing development is facing significant pressure. Rising costs, increasingly complex regulatory requirements and protracted approval procedures are leading to delays, or in some cases preventing projects from being delivered altogether.
June 2024 — With the completion of the MIOS residential quarter, a project in Berlin‑Buch has reached its final stage that precisely reflects our understanding of contemporary and responsible urban development.

Berlin, 2 June 2022. Yesterday, the topping-out ceremony of a modern new office building at the popular Media Spree Area was celebrated by representatives of Berlin’s business, political and start-up communities.
On 16.09.21 the time had come: the foundation stone was laid at the building site party at the Postbahnhof. The structural engineering work can start on time…
